In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any of our PWS® BEV-Series systems, you may return the system within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).
We ask that you contact us first to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and that items shall be in like-new condition, with their original packaging and instructions, including any manuals and included accessories.
All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging and all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts. Pure Water Systems will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused.
All returns (with exception for complete systems returned within the 30-Day satisfaction period) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Special order items are not refundable.
If you are returning an item because of shortage, damage, or defect, the return request must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

Once you have received the RMA number, it must be clearly marked on the outside of the package you are returning.
We strongly recommend you choose a carrier who can provide a tracking number, and that you insure your package for its full value. You must package your items properly for transit - most carriers are very picky about the quality of packaging. If your item is damaged in transit and you try to file a claim, the carrier will want to inspect the packaging. If it is not to their satisfaction they will deny the claim.
Pure Water Systems cannot be held responsible for a product lost or damaged in transit.
You can expect your refund or exchange within one week from the time we receive your return. All refunds will show as a credit on the charge card originally used to place your order.
